One important note regarding foam output: Due to the high water flow rate, foam thickness from a foam cannon will be slightly reduced compared to lower-flow units. The machine still produces good quality foam, which is more than sufficient for most detailing tasks. However, those who prefer thick, shaving-cream-style foam may want to consider this characteristic.

#8a Minimalist Bracket less SS shelf This is the shelf I am using in the picture.This shelf is rated to 50lbs. but does flex with the Kranzle on it at 45lbs. **If this is a concern for you get one of the stronger bracketed shelves listed below.** I will be testing this shelf and will report back with any findings. I also had to add a few SS screws to the shelf backsplash to better secure it to the wall. As of now this version does flex when loaded with the machine.

Wall Mounted Bucket Filler:
Great for filling buckets without dragging out a hose or carrying around buckets. This addition to the wall mounted kit is a must have. You will already have the plumbing ran to the area why not do the bucket filler install. I have not filled a bucket any other way since I installed it.

Turn Key Vacuum, Reel, Hose & attachments The full kit ready to install on your wall. This is everything you need. This is what I used for my install. Accessories, Hardware and misc pieces
Vitrox O-Rings Without replacement o-rings on hand a failed o-ring and you are done. This kit covers the 3/8” & 1/4 “ fitting on your pressure washer kit.
O-Ring Grease O-rings must be greased regularly to extend life and prevent leaks.
Black textured Paint Matches the powder coated hose reels perfectly. I used this on the Karanzle & the Vacuum piping.
Lag Bolts Stainless steel lag bolts long enough to go deep into the stud. The holes must be pre drilled.
Fender Washers Use these stainless steel washers to secure the lag to the reel as the holes on the reel are larger.
Low voltage wire Used to connect the low voltage (24V) ON/OFF switch on the vacuum to the wall switch.
Low voltage switch Made for normal 110 switch work but also works great with low voltage. I have been using this switch for years with no problem.

Black Spray Paint Used for the pressure washer and the vacuum piping. Matches black powder coating perfectly. I am very happy with the match.
Grey Wall Paint Used on the walls. Lowes paint code below 👇 Lowes Flat grey mixed in a high quality base. One coat was enough. Great quality paint. I used flat to reduce reflections. You could get away with a satin but I would not go much shinier. The more gloss the more imperfections are noticeable especially under bright detailing lights.
ACTIVE 3.0 Mobile Detailing Considerations
Use a generator with at least 6,500 running watts. A 6,500–8,000 running-watt conventional unit is the practical mobile size. The Active 3.0 is a 20 A induction machine, same class of load as the AR 630, not the 15 A Kranzle.
Why that size
North American Active 3.0 specs:
110–120 V / 60 Hz, dedicated 20 A circuit, 20 A plug
Rated current 18 A (they hold it under 18 A with the supplied tips so a weak circuit still has margin)
Low-speed induction motor, about 1,600 RPM, direct-drive 5-piston pump
Working output about 1,000 PSI / 3.0 GPM, peak 1,500 PSI
35 ft, 14 AWG cord with GFCI
Real-world draws sit in the mid-to-high teens. One first-test review saw about 17.4 A on a rinse tip with a spike near 19 A on trigger pull, and about 16 A on the included 1.65 mm foam orifice.
Continuous load is roughly 2,200 W (120 V × 18 A). Using the same surge rule as the Kranzle note (volts × amps × 3):
120 V × 18 A × 3 = 6,480 W starting.
Active’s own published generator numbers are for the smaller machines: the 2.0 surges to about 3,000 W (they say a 3,000 W generator), and the 2.3 surges to about 4,000 W (they recommend 5,400 W). Their generic “1,800 running / 3,000 surge” line is that 2.0-class guidance. Their 3.0 Q&A says the surge is high because it is an induction motor on a direct-drive pump, and the 20 A plug has to be dealt with on a generator. Do not size a 3.0 off the 2.0 chart.
What to buy for a mobile kit
Best fit: conventional (open-frame / contractor) generator, 6,500–8,000 running watts, starting watts around 8,000–10,000. Same box you would buy for the AR 630.
It needs a 20 A, 120 V receptacle. The 3.0 plug is a 20 A plug and will not seat in a standard 15 A outlet. Active’s own note is that generator use means modifying the plug or using a matching 20 A outlet — do not cheat it down to 15 A.
Run it by itself. No vacuum or charger on the same generator while it is washing.
Leave ECO / idle-down off.
Tips: stay with the supplied 6.3–7.0 rinse orifice and the 1.65 mm foam orifice. Smaller than 1.65 mm pushes the draw over the 18 A target and can trip the generator or the GFCI.
Extension cord, if you must: 12 AWG, 50 ft max. Active discourages them.
Inverter generators
Active does not ban them the way Kranzle does, but the start surge is the same problem. A 2,200–3,500 W inverter that runs a 2.0 will bog or trip on a 3.0. If you use an inverter for noise, it still needs 6,500+ continuous watts and real surge, ECO off.
Kit difference vs the Kranzle & AR 630
The 3.0 is self-priming, so it can pull from a tank. Keep the pump close to the tank, or gravity-feed it. That is closer to the Kranzle than to the AR triplex, which has to be gravity-fed.
Setup Considerations
Extension Cords: If you must use one, it should be a heavy-duty 12 AWG cord no longer than 50 feet to prevent voltage drops that could damage the pressure washer's induction motor.
Simultaneous Use: To avoid overloading a 4500-watt generator, try to stagger your tool use (e.g., don't trigger the pressure washer while the vacuum is already running).
