AR 630 2.2 GPM @ 1000 PSI
The AR 630 Pressure Washer is a commercial grade fully serviceable unit that will provide many years of great service. This unit can withstand long days of constant use. Great for a homeowner and or professional detailer that wants top of the line tools and equipment. This machine has it all. It is quiet, has high water flow and is dialed in to 1000 psi to be perfect for auto detailing. This has moved into my top 2 favorite pressures of all time. Anyone that says different has not owned one. These are reasonable priced for the quality and you get what you pay for. Every fitting and component on this pressure washer feels commercial grade and works great. Its really well thought out. If you get a AR 630 your search will be over. You will not need to continue researching statistics and opinions. This kit will do it all. You will use this and be happy for sure.

AR 630 Full Wall Mounted Turn Key Kit Full top of the line ready to install kit for someone that wants all the proper parts and pieces without having to round them up from different sources. If you are looking at this pic and can not see yourself gathering all these pieces and making it work I highly recommend this turn key kit. It will show up in a box with every part and piece sorted and ready to go. This kit includes De ionizing spot free water filter and everything you would ever want or need.
DIY AR 630 Solution
This is for the person who is ready to do it yourself. Gathering all the parts and putting this thing together will be easy using this list. These are the parts and pieces to my exact setup. Compare the numbered picture to the list below. This should make it easy for you to get this done correctly without searching all over the place hoping you get the correct parts and fittings. When there are different options for the same part I listed them as a-b or c. Happy building.
AR 630 Machine only AR630 REVIEW VIDEO One of the top 2 machines on the market. I have used most others. This is a quieter, longer lasting commercial grade electric pressure washer.
#1- Hose bib Great hose bib and does not require soldering or special tools.
#2- SS MTM Garden Hose 3/4” Female Quick Disconnect Coupler
#3- SS MTM Garden Hose 3/4” Male Quick Disconnect Coupler
#4- 3/4 SS Garden Hose to 3/4 NPT Adapter Converts the garden hose threads to a 3/4” national pipe thread.
#5- 24" Braided SS Hose Stainless steel braided burst resistant water inlet hose.
#6- 3/4 NPT SS 90 High quality stainless steel 90 degree elbow.
#7- 3/4 SS NPT to 3/4 Garden Hose Converts the 3/4” national pipe thread to garden hose thread that threads to the pressure washer.
#8- Stainless Steel Shelf
#8a Minimalist Bracket less SS shelf This is the shelf I am using in the picture.This shelf is rated to 50lbs. but does flex with the Kranzle on it at 45lbs. **If this is a concern for you get one of the stronger bracketed shelves listed below.** I will be testing this shelf and will report back with any findings. I also had to add a few SS screws to the shelf backsplash to better secure it to the wall. As of now this version does flex when loaded with the machine.
#8b-Square Edge 12"x24" A strong well built SS shelf. This is what I used for many years and may return to in the future.
#8c-Square Edge 18”x8” Ultra High End minimalist version that is better build quality and better quality stainless.
#9- M22 (14mm) Female to 3/8" Stainless Plug Turns the m22 14mm pressure washer fitting into a male quick disconnect fitting.
#10- 3/8” Female SS Quick Disconnect Coupler Quick disconnect fitting that threads onto the jumper hose allowing it to be easily connected and disconnected.
#11- Jumper Hose used to connect the pressure washer to the reel. (Depending on the distance from your shelf to the hose reel use a 2' or 3' jumper hose accordingly)
#11a- Grey 3’ x 3/8 pressure washer hose This is a very high quality 3’ pressure washer hose that matches the MTM kobrajet grey hose. It has a 90° fitting on one end. I have the same hose but cut to a custom length to fit my exact setup. At full length, with the minimalist shelf, this stock hose will run long and require different routing.
#11b- Blue 3' x 3/8'“ Pressure washer hose Perfect for the full size 24’x12” shelf. This length will allow for routing under the shelf or however you feel it looks best.
#11c- Blue 2’ 3/8” Pressure washer hose Perfect for any shelf choice. Will be a direct shot from the reel to the pressure washer with no fancy routing.
#11d- Black 3’ x 3/8” Pressure washer hose Perfect for the full size 24”x12” shelf. This length will allow for routing under the shelf or however you feel it looks best.
#11e- Black 2’ x 3/8” Pressure washer hose Perfect for any shelf choice. Will be a direct shot from the reel to the pressure washer with no fancy routing.
Cox Hose Reel Wall Mount(Not Shown) Black or Stainless Steel. Used to securely mount the Cox Reel to the studs if you do not have blocking in the wall to support the reel.

#12a- SS Swivel & Pick Your Color Pressure washer hose reel that has a stainless steel swivel and the reel comes in several different color options.
#12b- Brass Swivel Blue Reel Only Pressure washer hose reel that has a brass swivel and the reel comes in blue only.
#13- 100-Foot (3/8") 4000 PSI Non-Marking Hose.
#13a- MTM Hydro Kobrajet Hose GREY A great hose that is commercial grade, will not kink and looks amazing. Does get dirty over time but easily cleaned.

#14- 3/8” Female SS Quick Disconnect Coupler
#15 Sprayer Short Gun. Not all short guns are created equal. Here are a few options depending on your budget. More details on my 3 favorites
#15a- Sprayer Gun Only: REVIEW VIDEO Best of the best.You get what you pay for. There are cheaper versions listed below but they are less quality and less durable.
#15b- Sprayer Gun & Wand: Same as above but with a attachable wand. You get what you pay for. There are cheaper versions but they are less quality and less durable.
#15c- MTM Sprayer Short Gun With Adapter Economical mid grade version short gun. Great gun but not quite a nice as the top notch version.
#16-Stainless Rubberized Nozzle Assembly (40 Degree - 4.0 Orifice to achieve 1000 PSI with the Kranzle 1322TS) Great for wide fan pattern auto detailing. Has a protective rubber guard to protect from contact with delicate surfaces. VIDEO ABOUT THESE TIPS
Wall Mounted Bucket Filler:
Great for filling buckets without dragging out a hose or carrying around buckets. This addition to the wall mounted kit is a must have. You will already have the plumbing ran to the area why not do the bucket filler install. I have not filled a bucket any other way since I installed it.

Black textured Paint Matches the powder coated hose reels perfectly. I used this on the Karanzle & the Vacuum piping.
Lag Bolts Stainless steel lag bolts long enough to go deep into the stud. The holes must be pre drilled.
Fender Washers Use these stainless steel washers to secure the lag to the reel as the holes on the reel are larger.
Low voltage wire Used to connect the low voltage (24V) ON/OFF switch on the vacuum to the wall switch.
Low voltage switch Made for normal 110 switch work but also works great with low voltage. I have been using this switch for years with no problem.

AR 630 Mobile Detailing Considerations
Required Generator Specifications
The AR Blue Clean AR635 is a high-performance, commercial-grade induction motor pressure washer that pulls a full 20 amps. Because induction motors require a massive amount of power to start, standard consumer-grade generators (like common 3,500W units) will often trip their breakers or fail to start the machine under load.
Formula for Success:
To properly power the AR Blue Clean AR635 long-term, experts recommend a generator with at least 7,200 to 8,000 running watts.
Plug Compatibility: The AR635 comes with a NEMA 5-20P plug (20-amp plug with one T-shaped blade). Your generator must have a matching 20A outlet or you will need a heavy duty 12AWG adapter.
Inverter vs. Standard: An inverter generator is highly recommended for mobile detailing because they are quieter and provide "clean" power that won't damage the pressure washer's sensitive TSS (Total Stop System) electronics over time.
