Spray Bottles For Mixing Your Own

High End Great Quality Trigger Spray Bottles (shown Above) These look amazing and double pump action works well too. Be sure to flush the trigger with water if using high PH chemicals.

Entry Level Economical 16oz Unbranded Trigger Spray Bottles (shown above) Standard detailing clear plastic bottles. Perfect for a quick smaller mix.

Entry Level Economical 32oz Trigger Spray Bottles Standard detailing heavy duty plastic bottles. Perfect for a larger mix.

Chemical Resistant Trigger Sprayer Head Replacements Fits on ALL bottles listed above. Fits on most standard RTU detailing bottles. Great to have a few around as these are consumables. Expect to replace these more often with very aggressive cleaners. Properly flush with water after use for extended shelf life.

Smaller Pump Sprayer Great for mixing up a smaller batch of product. Awesome foaming from this sprayer. Pump it up and spray foam everywhere.

Large Pump Sprayer Great for mixing up a lot of product on a big day. Awesome foaming from this sprayer. Use an air compressor or bike pump to pressurize the bottle and spray foam for a very long time with no effort.

FOAM CANNON SOAP MIXES

For heavily concentrated wash soaps add 1oz of soap and fill the rest of the foam cannon with warm tap water. This will fill a 32oz foam cannon and typically produce great results. For less concentrated soaps that are not producing good foam mix 2-3oz of soap and fill the rest of the foam cannon with warm tap water. If 2-3oz of soap does not produce great foam consider changing the orifice size in the foam cannon. For smaller output pressure washers a 1.1 orifice is a good place to start. For larger output pressure washers consider a larger orifice sized accordingly. If none of this helps produce great foam, take a close look at your pressure washer specs as well as the quality of your foam cannon. Make sure you have the right equipment to do the job. Also check the filter in your foam cannon as they degrade and get clogged with time. Here are my favorite products and setups that definitely produce great results.

Light duty wheel cleaner Online Store or Amazon A lighter duty wheel cleaner perfect for routine maintenance washes. You do not always need a gnarly high PH cleaner.

Heavy duty wheel cleaner A heavier duty wheel cleaner perfect for the tough jobs. Sometimes you need a product with some teeth.

Dilution Ratios:

Light Cleaning - 1:1 1 Part Cleaner / 1 Part Distilled Water

Medium Cleaning - 1:5 1 Part Cleaner / 5 Parts Distilled Water

Tough cleaning - 100% Cleaner

Foam Cannon - I use wheel cleaners at 100%. The cleaner will get diluted by the normal mixing from the foam cannon. Great for light to medium soiled wheels.
